A Public Accountant, certified by the Asociación Mexicana de Contadores Públicos, A. C., he graduated from the National Polytechnic Institute’s Faculty of Commerce and Administration (Facultad de Comercio y Administración) after presenting a thesis titled “Determination of the Fiscal Result at Companies and Organizations” (Determinación del Resultado Fiscal en Personas Morales). He also took a major in taxation at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).
